Personal Carer – St Andrew’s Aged Care, Tallebudgera

Casual Positions Available: Night shifts (10:00pm -6:45am). Day Shifts (6:00am–2:30pm) and short afternoon shifts (2:30pm–8:00pm)
Pay: $32.65–$36.21 per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging

What You’ll Do

 

  • Support residents with daily living in a way that protects dignity and independence
  • Assist with showering, grooming, dressing, toileting and feeding
  • Build warm, trusting relationships with residents and families
  • Work alongside nurses, hospitality and lifestyle teams
  • Assist with mobility and equipment use (manual handling)
  • Document care accurately using iCare
  • Help create a calm, safe, homelike environment

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
  • NDIS Worker Screening or current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for supporting older people
  • Your own vehicle (no nearby public transport)
