Join us as a Personal Carer – St Andrew’s Aged Care, Tallebudgera
4 x Permanent Part-Time positions | 50 hours/fortnight | Flexible Shifts

What You’ll Do

 

  • Support residents with daily living, always with dignity and respect
  • Encourage independence and wellbeing
  • Work closely with nurses, lifestyle, and hospitality teams
  • Assist with mobility and equipment use
  • Provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment
  • Document care accurately using iCare
  • Collaborate with families and health professionals for holistic care

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for helping others

Together with the congregations that founded us, we’ve been serving Queenslanders since 1935.
