Personal Carer – St Andrew’s Aged Care, Tallebudgera
4 x Part-Time Opportunities (Approx. 45 hours per fortnight)

Shifts Available:
Strong focus on Night Shifts (10:00pm – 6:45am)
Day shifts (6:00am – 2:30pm)
Short afternoon shifts (2:30pm – 8:00pm)
Pay: $32.65 – $36.21 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts

What You’ll Do
- Support residents with daily living while protecting dignity and independence
- Assist with showering, grooming, dressing, toileting and feeding
- Build warm, trusting relationships with residents and families
- Work alongside nurses, hospitality and lifestyle teams
- Assist with mobility and manual handling
- Document care accurately using iCare
- Help create a calm, safe, homelike environment
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
- NDIS Worker Screening or current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for supporting older people
- Your own vehicle (no nearby public transport)
