Join us as a Personal Carer – St Andrew’s Aged Care, Tallebudgera
- 5 x Casual Positions | Flexible Shifts – Primarily Day Shifts (varying times between 6:00am–2:30pm) and Afternoon Shifts (4:00pm–8:00pm)
- Remuneration: $31.10 to $42.42/hour, dependant on experience (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + $15,990 Salary Packaging + Access to Staff Discounts & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Support residents with daily living, always with dignity and respect
- Assist with personal care tasks including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Encourage independence and wellbeing
- Work closely with nurses, lifestyle, and hospitality teams
- Assist with mobility and safe use of equipment (manual handling)
- Provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment
- Document care accurately using iCare
- Collaborate with families and health professionals for holistic care
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for helping older people
- Your own vehicle is essential as there is no public transport nearby (free parking onsite)
