Catering Assistant

Bring your passion for food and service to our St. Paul's aged care team. As a Catering Assistant, you’ll help create enjoyable dining experiences that brighten the days of our residents.

Location: St. Paul's, Caboolture - QLD
Role Type: Permanent Part-Time Position (30 hours fortnight)

Roster Hours: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (7:00am to 1:30pm) |Week 2 - Monday & Sunday (7:00am to 1:30pm)
Remuneration: $27.91 - $30.54 ph + Salary Packaging (up to $15,990) + Access to staff discounts & benefits.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support meal preparation and service with warmth and care.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Work closely with the Chef and other team members to ensure smooth mealtimes.
  • Engage respectfully with residents and provide friendly, person-centred service.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a catering or aged care kitchen environment (preferred).
  • A commitment to food safety and a team-focused attitude.
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
