We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Creative Lifestyle and Volunteer Coordinator to lead and deliver meaningful activity and volunteer programs at our St.Pauls Aged Care.

Location: Caboolture - QLD
Remuneration: $39.91 hr + Super + Salary Packaging +Access to staff discounts & benefits
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time (68 hrs fortnight) 
Monday to Thursday (8:00am - 4.00pm) | Friday (8:00am - 12.00pm)     

Your Role – Creating Experiences That Matter:
You will design, implement, and lead engaging lifestyle programs that foster joy, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging for our residents. Your leadership will also guide a dedicated team of Creative Lifestyle staff and volunteers who share a passion for enriching the lives of older residents

As our
 Creative Lifestyle & Volunteer Coordinator, you will:

  • Develop and implement engaging, person-centered programs tailored to residents’ creative and social interests.
  • Build strong community connections, bringing in volunteers, artists, musicians, and cultural groups to enhance resident experiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Lifestyle Facilitators and Volunteers, ensuring they are supported, valued, and engaged.
  • Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and development, fostering a thriving and motivated volunteer community.
  • Evaluate and refine programs, ensuring they align with residents’ interests and contribute to their overall wellbeing.

Your Strengths – What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Aged care Experience is essential - designing, facilitating, and evaluating engaging group activities and events.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate volunteers and connect with residents.
  • A passion for building community engagement and fostering meaningful experiences.
  • A valid First Aid Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or Police Check as required), and Queensland Driver’s Licence.
  • A formal qualification in Leisure & Lifestyle, Arts, Music, Drama, Dance Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
