As a Business Systems (ERP) Administrator, you’ll ensure seamless system functionality, manage user access, and provide support to resolve technical issues. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain compliance, enhance efficiency, and support business continuity. Based in our Support Centre in Milton, you will be joining a dynamic team focussed on the development and implementation of the Lutheran Services ICT transformation. 

About The Role:
The Business Systems (ERP) Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and optimisation of the ERP and related platforms within Lutheran Services. This role ensures the optimal use and adoption of the ERP system (Ci Anywhere), provides technical support to Functional System Administrators (e.g. Finance, Payroll or HR), and coordinates the regular system updates, troubleshooting, and integrations with other business systems. 

 What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or specialised training/certification or equivalent work experience.
  • TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Systems such as ERPs, CRMs, Microsoft Products, Azure, SharePoint Online, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365 and managing SSL certificates.
  • Experience in supporting and configuring SaaS products and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes - ITIL Foundation Certificate an advantage.
  • Experience in working with the Product Owners and/or Business Users to define requirements.
  • Strong customer service focus, taking ownership and accountability of issues through to resolution 

Desirable:

  • 3+ years demonstrable experience supporting business applications – health care or community care solutions an advantage.
