As our Clinical Support Lead – Community Services, you’ll mentor and guide Service Managers and frontline teams across our disability support programs, ensuring excellence in care and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. You’ll be a driving force behind safe, person-centred support that uplifts the lives of people with disability in our communities.

Location: Support Centre, Milton with frequent travel across our Community Services sites
Employment Type: Full Time Permanent
Remuneration: Circa $120K + Salary Packaging + Benefits

About The Role:
As a Clinical Support Lead, you’ll lead with expertise and empathy, championing our values of kindness, integrity, innovation, and empowerment. Your role is central to supporting our community-based teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support aligned with NDIS principles.
You will:

  • Provide expert mentoring and education to Service Managers and frontline staff
  • Lead clinical governance and safety initiatives across sites
  • Support induction and ongoing education for clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies
  • Collaborate across teams to improve clinical systems, documentation, and care strategies
  • Assist with clinical investigations and embed best practice from the outset
  • Drive continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery
  • Vehicle Allowance will be provided
  • This role will involve frequent travel and overnight stays where required

About You:
You’re a confident and capable clinical leader who is excited by exceptional clinical excellence in disability support and brings the following:

  • A recognised nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration
  • Significant experience in community services leadership roles (e.g. Service Manager, Clinical Manager)
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS legislation, practice standards, and funding models
  • Proven ability to deliver training and mentor clinical staff
  • Excellent communication skills and professional autonomy
  • A valid QLD Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening clearance, Blue Card, and willingness to travel
