Based in our Support Centre in Milton, you will be joining a cohesive team that support across all streams of the business.

About the role:

As the Community Services Partner, you will provide high-level program and project management support and coordination to ensure the successful delivery of Community Services projects.

This role reports to the Executive Lead – Community Services and supports the broader Branch to monitor deliverables.

In addition this role will also;

  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the Executive Lead and Community Services leadership team;
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of administrative practices, systems and procedures to optimise efficiency and support the achievement of quality outcomes;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business practices, systems and procedures to support optimum efficiency of Community Services practices across the Branch;
  • Represent Community Services in cross functional projects to ensure effective communication is maintaining and professional, specialist advice and support is provided.

About you:

With experience in a similar role and a passion for the Community Services sector, your specialisation will be in coordination and organisation. The ideal candidate for this role will also possess the following:

  • A background in the Human Services sector;
  • Strong research and administration skills;
  • Ability to self-manage priorities and deadlines;
  • High level interpersonal communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
