Digital Marketing Lead

Lutheran Services is dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities we serve through our aged care and community services.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team for a 13-month maternity leave contract commencing in August 2025 .
This is an exciting time as we embark on a new five-year strategic plan that seeks to double the number of people we serve.

About The Role:
Based at our Support Centre, the Digital Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in leading and growing a high-performance digital marketing and customer experience program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, and an understanding of building and nurturing digital marketing leads.

This is a Part Time role offering 3 days/22.8 hours per week where you will:

  • Lead the digital marketing program for our aged care, retirement living, home care and community services
  • Achieve performance targets for service growth and recruitment
  • Lead the design and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, attribution program, integration of HubSpot and digital Customer Experience Strategy
  • Manage digital supplier, team and stakeholder relationships
  • Track and optimise digital marketing spend within approved budget

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing roles, using HubSpot to track campaigns, along with generate, nurture and convert leads
  • Experience delivering robust sales and marketing reporting and analytics
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or business
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience
