Based in our Support Centre in Milton, you will be joining a great team that works cohesively ensuring Lutheran Services as an organisation maintains optimum employee stability across all sites.

About you:

We are on the hunt for a savvy and spirited Employee Relations Partner to provide high quality ER support aligned with our Lutheran values.

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting managers across a wide range of services to ensure our teams are high-performing and Lutheran Services remains a place where people love what they do. 

Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you will build and maintain effective relationships with operational managers, employees and unions.  

You’ll tackle employee concerns and conflicts with fairness and empathy, ensuring compliance with our Enterprise Agreement and all relevant legislation. 

Your guidance will help managers and staff navigate employee practices while your innovative ideas will continuously improve our service. 

We are seeking someone experienced within a unionised environment, preferably in healthcare or community services. Join us to deliver best practice solutions and empower our line managers. 

We are also looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience partnering and providing advice and coaching in relation to performance management, workforce planning, case management, and HR projects
  • Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Work Health and Safety Act, and related legislation and regulations
  • Formal qualifications in HR, IR, Law (highly desirable) and/or significant demonstrated experience is essential.
