We’re seeking an exceptional General Manager – Aged Care to lead strategic initiatives, champion quality care, and drive operational excellence across our aged care portfolio.

About The Role:
Based in Milton, this senior leadership role supports our services with strategic direction, operational excellence and the outworking of our Lutheran identity. In this role as General Manager – Aged Care, you’ll:
- Provide strategic leadership across aged care services, ensuring alignment with national reforms and best practice models.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build strong partnerships with government, industry, and community stakeholders.
- Influence policy, funding, and service design to meet the evolving needs of older Australians.
