About Us:
Part of Lutheran Services, the Home Care team are dedicated to providing exceptional home care services to our clients.
About the Role:
We're seeking new team members to support the coordination and schedule management of our Home Care program. You will work closely with the Home Care Scheduling Manager to develop and maintain scheduling processes that optimise resources and provide for a great experience for care staff and clients.
This is a permanent, Full Time role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain rosters that meet the needs of the support workers and their clients
- Collaborate across Home Care services and guide stakeholders on changes or updates
- Support the care team's shift and mileage reconciliation, and report and analyse rostering data to imporve processes.
