About the role:
The role of ICT Business Analyst (BA):

supports the business by supporting the Discovery activities through business requirements elicitation, business case development, market engagement and
-
assists in successful implementation of ICT projects.

contributes to the wider BA practice and Enterprise Architecture (EA) for Lutheran Services.
In addition, you will:
-
Conduct analysis of existing systems, applications and functions to ensure strategic and EA alignment
-
Work with stakeholders to perform business analysis to determine business requirements through extensive consultation
-
Verify successful implementation through implementing traceability for the assigned projects

Apply industry standards and frameworks and methodologies to drive increased maturity in ICT investments

Work with the ICT & Projects team to enhance and embed the Lutheran Services Business Analysis framework
This role will lead engagement with our stakeholders through workshops and will also drive a wide variety of process and information mapping.
About you:
To see you be successful, in this role, you will have completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business management or equivalent work experience in this field. Furthermore you will have;

Experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to tailor communication to suit various audiences.

Demonstrable experience in developing requirements, mapping requirements traceability, creating use cases, acceptance criteria and test cases.

Experience with process and information mapping - data analysis and modelling
-
Worked with a variety of Cloud based ICT solutions – preferably TechnologyOne, Humanforce, Telstra Health products and Community Services products

Knowledge of the Aged Care and Community Services industry with multiple business functions is desirable
In addition, you will be strong in relationship building and being able to transform technical data into understandable reporting and communication.
