Employment Type: Permanent Full‑Time
Remuneration: $100 - $108K + Superannuation + Salary Packaging up to $15,900 + Benefits

As a Systems Partner, you’ll support the business applications and technology platforms that underpin high‑quality care across Lutheran Services. You’ll work closely with users and subject matter experts to ensure systems operate smoothly, are well‑supported, and continue to evolve with organisational needs.

 

About You

You’re a proactive systems thinker with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. You enjoy working with people just as much as technology, and you take pride in creating clarity, consistency and confidence for system users. Ideally, you bring:

  • Experience improving or redesigning workflows, ideally within a healthcare or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and regulatory requirements
  • Skills in documentation, requirements gathering and project coordination
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, analyse issues, and manage competing priorities
    Desirable: Experience with Aged Care Act requirements, IT or healthcare‑systems qualifications, and system configuration experience

 

About the Role

This role is essential to ensuring our business and care applications support efficient operations and excellent service delivery. You’ll play a key part in system administration, training, change management and workflow optimisation. You will:

  • Provide expert system administration and ensure applications run effectively
  • Support users as the first point of contact for system queries and troubleshooting
  • Deliver training and resources that build user capability and confidence
  • Manage change requests, system configurations and form updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation, workflows and system processes
  • Work with IT and Operations to streamline workflows and improve digital efficiency
