Lutheran Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality ICT solutions across our enterprise systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in testing and implementing critical platforms such as TechnologyOne’s Ci Anywhere ERP and Humanforce’s rostering system, supporting transformation across a complex service organisation.

Location: Support Centre, Milton
Employment Type: Full-Time, 12 Month Contract
Remuneration Range: Circa $90-$100K + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

About the Role

Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring our enterprise systems are reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. You’ll lead testing activities across multiple projects, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to identify and resolve issues before deployment.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts for ERP and SaaS systems

  • Lead regression and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms

  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve bugs and validate new functionality

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure systems meet user requirements

  • Support the uplift of testing capability using Azure DevOps

  • Contribute to the development of a test framework and repository

  • Communicate training plans and support end-user adoption

  • Participate in reviews of functional and technical specifications

About You

You’re a collaborative problem-solver with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You align to our values of kindness, empowerment, integrity and innovation and have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • Experience in software testing, including ERP systems (ideally Technology One Ci Anywhere)

  • Strong Azure DevOps skills and familiarity with SDLC

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience with SaaS platforms and testing methodologies
