About the Role:
Health and Safety Partner
Step into the role of Health and Safety Partner and embark on a collaborative journey, supporting site managers across metropolitan and regional Queensland to create safe, innovative work environments.
In this role, you will:

Coach and guide leaders in designing and implementing contemporary safety processes.

Provide expert WHS and Fire Safety advice, training, and ongoing support.

Infuse creativity into driving change and shaping a positive safety culture
About You:
Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience coaching and advising leaders in safety practices. You should hold a Certificate IV qualification in WHS or higher, possess Fire Safety Advisor registration (or be willing to obtain this), and have prior experience implementing safety and wellbeing initiatives.
