Help us integrate newly acquired or developed services safely, on time and within budget—so clients experience continuity of care and high‑quality support from day one. In this role, you’ll coordinate cross‑functional delivery while upholding our values and Model of Care and Service.

About You

You’re a calm, outcomes‑driven integrator who thrives on complex programs and collaborative delivery. You align to our values of kindness, integrity, empowerment and integration and demonstrate them in your day-to-day work. Ideally, you bring:

  • Recognised program/project qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
  • Proven experience leading complex programs in aged care, health or community services
  • Strength in stakeholder, risk and change management across regulated environments
  • Financial acumen to interpret business cases, budgets and value realisation
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple workstreams

Desirable: Background in aged care operations/clinical governance; experience with M&A or commissioning; knowledge of Aged Care Act 2024, ACNC, WHS, Fair Work and Privacy

About the Role

You’ll lead the end‑to‑end integration program—setting governance, aligning teams and keeping delivery moving to plan. You will work with stakholders across the organisation including Heads of Departments, ICT/Project teams and Site Leaders. You will:

  • Design and oversee the transition & integration program with clear scope, time and budget controls
  • Establish program governance, reporting and risk frameworks aligned to the Transformation Delivery Office
  • Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams (Operations, ICT, Finance, Property, People, Quality, Comms)
  • Monitor milestones, interdependencies and outcomes; prepare consolidated reports and insights.
  • Drive operational readiness—systems, processes and workforce—to enable safe commissioning and continuity of care
  • Ensure compliance and risk management across Aged Care Act 2024 and other regulatory standards
  • You’ll track resources and budgets while enabling value creation consistent with business cases.

We work mostly in the office (about four days a week) to support collaboration, with one day each week available for working from home. We also provide additional flexibility when needed based on circumstances.
