Lutheran Services is seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Senior Test Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality ICT solutions by leading and executing comprehensive testing activities across our enterprise systems.
Employment Type: Full Time - 12 month maximum term contract (Unitl Mar-2027)
Location: Support Centre, Milton, Queensland
Remuneration: $120k / pa+ Super + Salary Packaging (up to $15,990 of your salary tax-free) + Access to staff discounts & benefits
The role encompasses testing various ICT systems, applications and integrations including TechnologyOne’s “CiAnywhere” ERP system and Aviary Pty Ltd’s (t/a Nightingale Software) Nightingale Care Management System.
About The Role:
You’ll provide testing leadership and will work with internal/external stakeholders to identify bugs and issues that may impact the quality of the solution, end user experience, and/or may delay system implementations. Your primary focus will be conducting thorough testing processes to identify and rectify any issues, through collaborating closely with the Project Team, ICT Team and external vendors, you will help to maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability in our systems.

- Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to work effectively towards common values and goals
- Actively engage in coaching and feedback to guide development and stay focused, resilient, and values-driven
- Work in a simplified and efficient manner to meet service delivery expectations, client needs and organisational objectives.
- Your contribution will be instrumental in maintaining our systems’ exceptional standards of quality.
- You will actively seek opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to continuously enhance our testing processes and methodologies.
About You:
You will be a key contributor to release planning and deployment activities, you enjoy playing a vital role in reporting and tracking defects, ensuring their timely resolution through effective communication with the development team. Your meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality will contribute to the successful and punctual delivery of our systems, meeting and exceeding our stakeholders' expectations.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in software testing, including demonstrated experience testing ERP and Care management systems
- Excellent communication skils, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
- Experience with testing tools and methodologies
- Capable of translating technical concepts into language that non-technical stakeholders can understand.
