- Join us as an Administration Assistant – Tabeel Aged Care, Laidley
- Part-Time | 60 hours/fortnight | 4 days per week – 8:30am to 4:30pm

At Tabeel Aged Care, located in the heart of Laidley, you’ll be part of a warm, collaborative team making a real difference every day.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and contractors
  • Provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for residents and contractors
  • Coordinate mail, petty cash, stationery, and service newsletters
  • Support bookings for service vehicles and community spaces
  • Assist Independent Living Unit (ILU) residents with maintenance requests
  • Work closely with care, hospitality, and leadership teams to support holistic care delivery

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong customer service and administration experience
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • A current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • (Desirable) Experience in aged care or a similar environment
