What’s on Offer:
Location: Laidley
Role Type: Casual - providing coverage for sick and annual leave. There are no set shifts, so availability across 7 days is essential.
Remuneration: $33.90 – $36.49 per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility interior
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
What You’ll Bring
- Effective communication skills
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Queensland Driver’s Licence
- Experience in cleaning, laundry, or catering (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in aged care or hotel environments (highly regarded)
