Must be available Monday to Sunday | 6:00am – 2:45pm

Pay & Benefits

Part-Time: $32.65 – $36.21 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts
Casual: $40.81 – $45.26 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts

What You’ll Do

  • Support residents with daily living while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
  • Assist with showering, grooming, dressing, toileting and feeding
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and the local community
  • Work closely with nurses, lifestyle and hospitality teams
  • Assist with mobility, manual handling and equipment use
  • Provide emotional support and help create a nurturing, homelike environment
  • Document care accurately using iCare

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
  • NDIS Worker Screening or current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for supporting older people
  • Your own vehicle (limited public transport options)
