What’s on Offer:
Location: The Lockyer Valley Region
Role Type: Permanent Part-Time (50 hours per fortnight - Monday to Friday)
Remuneration: $32.06–$33.52 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Benefits

Your Role – Supporting Independence at Home
As a Home Care Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care to help older Australians live safely and happily at home. Your day may include:
• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing)
• Helping with meal prep and light domestic tasks
• Providing transport to appointments and shopping
• Encouraging social engagement and community participation
• Maintaining accurate care documentation
What You Bring:
• Cert III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Home Care
• Passion for empowering older people
• Great communication and relationship skills
• Open QLD Driver’s Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check
