We are seeking a dynamic Administration Officer to join our team at the picturesque Trinder Park Aged Care community in Woodridge. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, with a strong desire to contribute to the well-being of our residents and staff. 

About the role: 

***Please note this is a part time, 15 hours per fortnight and back fill opportunity.***

As our Administration Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our aged care residents, contractors, and visitors, manage telephone enquiries, assist with appointments and rostering, handle financial tasks such as receipting and petty cash, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping of resident and staff information. 

About you: 

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, exhibit exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience in home care and/or aged care, knowledge of rostering and payroll processes, and familiarity with Procure will be advantageous. The successful applicant will support the Service Manager with ad hoc duties including tours of the facility and deliver high quality outcomes as required.
