We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Administration Officer to join our Home Care team at our Trinder Park site in Woodridge on a 6-month fixed term contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, we are equally open to someone with the right attitude - someone who shows initiative, learns quickly, and is keen to grow in the role.

About the role:

In this role, you will provide general administrative support to the team, helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the site run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General ad hoc administration and office duties
  • Receipting and invoicing
  • Assisting with monthly invoicing processes
  • Greeting visitors and providing a welcoming first point of contact
  • Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as required

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable and consistent - someone the team can depend on
  • Comfortable making sensible decisions and approaches tasks with a practical mindset
  • Quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional in their interactions

About the team:

You’ll be joining a genuinely supportive, friendly, and close-knit team who care deeply about the work they do. The site is led by a warm, approachable, and highly supportive manager who fosters a positive team environment. Regular team meetings are held, and there is always support on hand - whether you need guidance, help with a task, or just someone to bounce ideas off.
