Lutheran Services is seeking a organised Administration Officer to join our team at Trinder Park Home Care. This role plays a key part in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Location: Trinder Park, Woodridge - QLD
Employment Type: Part-Time, Maximum Term Contract (expected end date 12 June 2026)
Rostered Hours: 30 hours per fortnight | Monday, Wednesday & Friday : 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Remuneration: $30.02 – $31.46 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging+ Employee Discounts & Benefits 

About The Role:
As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations within our Home Care services. You will collaborate with clients, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, families, employees, and visitors.
  • Managing and coordinating administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and processing documentation.
  • Assisting with our Home Care Package program and Commonwealth Home Support Program Service delivery administration.
  • Supporting the Home Care team in various administrative functions,
  • Ensuring accurate handling of confidential and sensitive information.

About You:

  • Experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
