We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide personalized support to individuals living with disabilities, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives.


Location: Trinity Community Services -Bundall QLD
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time (12 hours fortnight | available to work weekday, weekend & sleepover shifts as required )   
Remuneration: $39.42  - $42.28 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits

Your Role – Making a Difference Every Day:
Your work as a disability support worker makes a meaningful impact on the lives of others and is incredibly rewarding. we support people with intellectual disabilities to live as independently as possible through personalized, goal-oriented self-development programs.
  • Provide personal care, daily living assistance, and mobility support tailored to client needs.
  • Support clients in accessing community activities and building social connections.
  • Empower individuals to develop skills and live as independently as possible.
  • Assist with health and well-being, including medication prompts and meal preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with case managers, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve client goals

 What You Bring to the Team:

    • Previous experience supporting individuals living with disabilities.
    • A relevant qualification in Human Services, Disability Support, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and stakeholders.
    • A compassionate and patient approach, with a focus on client empowerment.
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse support needs.
    • A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
    • A valid Blue Card & Yellow Card.
