Team Leader – Group Based & Individual Supports

 

About the role:

Based at our Bundall hub, the Team Leader will support the delivery of the Group-Based & Individual Support program at Trinity Community Services, providing support to individuals living with disability and/or mental illness. Whether it’s developing daily skills, getting out and about in the community or trying something new, this role is about building independence, achieving personal goals and supporting people to thrive – with a little fun along the way.

 

As part of our team, you’ll work alongside participants to plan activities that are meaningful and engaging – from creative workshops, to cooking classes and social groups. Every day can be different, but the focus remains the same: supporting people to build confidence, skills and connections, all whilst supporting people to work towards their NDIS goals.

 

This is a permanent full-time role from 8:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday. SCHADS Level 5.1 - 5.3. ($50.27 - $52.54 per hr)



About you:

As a team leader, you will lead from the heart and have:

  • Bachelor of Human Services or related degree level qualification
  • Demonstrated high level of knowledge and expertise
  • Ability to provide multidisciplinary advice and expertise
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of relevant statutory requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, including managing services or programs of medium complexity, is highly desirable
