Salary: $38.38 - $47.92 Hourly Base Rate + Shift Penalties, Allowances + Super + Regional Shift Bonus

Located in Biloela, our 65 bedded Residential Aged Care facility "Wahroonga" specialises in residential, palliative and dementia care. About You:

You will share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation and integrity— and are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of others. You will bring:
  • AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
  • Experience with aged care software systems
  • A passion for elder care and advocacy for person-centred clinical care
  • Ability to work a rotating roster
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Group facilitation and one-on-one support skills
  • Minimum 12 months postgraduate experience (desirable)
  • Full working rights in Australia
