About You:
You’re eager to drive new initiatives and create opportunities that enhance the experience for our residents. As a strong leader, you empower your team to thrive and deliver excellence. You live our values of kindness, integrity, empowerment, and innovation, and you bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, nursing, clinical governance or similar.
- High-level critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirement.
- Experience in quality processes, accreditation, and continuous improvement
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and operations

About the Role:
As Service Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations of a residential aged care service, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll:
- Manage clinical and care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents and families
- Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Drive strategic planning and workforce leadership
- Champion continuous quality improvement and innovation
