Location: Zion Home Care, Gympie, QLD
Employment Type: Full Time - 6 Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Salary: $33 Hour + Super + Salary Packaging Benefits
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting older individuals to live independently in their own homes, enhancing their wellbeing and quality of life through compassionate service and efficient administration.
About You
You’re a warm and organised professional who shares our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity. You bring:
- Strong customer service and administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
About the Role
As an Administration Assistant at Zion Home Care, you will:
- Support the Home Care Manager with prompt and accurate responses to service requests
- Triage inquiries and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, archiving, document preparation, mail distribution, and contractor database updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure compliance with home care requirements
- Perform other duties as reasonably directed
