Employment Type: Casual 

Remuneration: $50.15/hr (includes 25% Casual loading) + Super + Benefits -Salary Packaging (up to $15,990) - pay for rent, mortgage or living expenses before tax and pay less tax PLUS enjoy discounts through our suppliers on flights/ holidays/ health cover/ cosmetics/ accommodation/ shoes and more!


What You’ll Do:
Working alongside Registered Nurses and the wider care team, you will:

  • Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care
  • Administer medications within your scope of practice
  • Assist with resident assessments, care planning and ongoing clinical reviews
  • Collect and report clinical information to support care planning and AN-ACC funding requirements
  • Monitor resident wellbeing and promptly escalate changes in condition
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records
  • Support residents with daily clinical care needs
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams

What You’ll Bring: You’ll bring a passion for elder care and a strong commitment to customer-focused clinical care, including:

  • Current unrestricted Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) registration with AHPRA
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent documentation and time management skills
  • A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or National Police Check (as required)

Highly Regarded:

  • Previous experience in residential aged care
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Experience using electronic clinical care systems
