About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team, providing care at our Zion Aged Care facility in Nundah with some travel to St Pauls Aged Care in Caboolture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in line with state regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, effective patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
Qualifications:
- AHPRA-endorsed Nurse Practitioner
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
