Join Us as a Personal Carer – Zion Aged Care, Nundah - Both Part-Time & Casual Vacancies Available
- 4 x Part-Time Positions and 2 x Casual Positions | Flexible shifts available. Applicants must be able to work across a variety of days and times without restricted availability.
- Remuneration: $33.94 to $34.19/hour (part-time rate) or $42.42 to $42.74/hour (casual rate) + Super + $15,990 Salary Packaging + Access to Staff Discounts & Benefits

What You’ll Do:
Support residents with daily living, always with dignity and respect. Assist with personal care tasks including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Encourage independence and wellbeing. Work closely with nurses, lifestyle, and hospitality teams. Assist with mobility and safe use of equipment (manual handling). Provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment. Document care accurately in line with organisational requirements. Collaborate with families and health professionals for holistic care.
What You’ll Bring:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability). NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for helping older people. Reliable transport (Nundah is well serviced by public transport).
