About the Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting and onboarding exceptional talent across Lutheran Services aged care and community services divisions, as well as supporting recruitment for our digital transformation projects. In this role, you will:

Support end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas.

Maintain and optimise our applicant tracking system, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Partner with leaders to develop effective attraction and selection strategies.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our employer brand and onboarding programs.

Generate reports and provide data insights to inform recruitment decisions.

Support the use of third-party workforce providers to ensure efficiency and value.
