- Location: Tabeel Aged Care, Laidley
Remuneration: $49.95 - $60.53/hr (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff discounts (Salary based on Statement of Service)
Employment Type: Casual - Availability to work AM, PM and night duty shifts across Monday to Sunday
Your Role:
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Tabeel Aged Care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives while providing high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive, community-focused environment.
- Deliver and oversee clinical care tailored to individual resident needs
- Complete assessments, create and evaluate care plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to health emergencies, identify acute deterioration, and manage complex care needs including dementia, wound care, palliative care, and infection prevention
- Administer medications and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Lead and support Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, and other staff to deliver safe, compassionate care
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated clinical experience, ideally within aged care
- Strong knowledge of clinical care standards and best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
- Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
- Your own vehicle (limited public transport access)
