  • Location: Tabeel Aged Care, Laidley
    Remuneration: $49.95 - $60.53/hr (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff discounts (Salary based on Statement of Service)
    Employment Type: Casual - Availability to work AM, PM and night duty shifts across Monday to Sunday

Your Role:

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Tabeel Aged Care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives while providing high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive, community-focused environment.

  • Deliver and oversee clinical care tailored to individual resident needs
  • Complete assessments, create and evaluate care plans, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Respond to health emergencies, identify acute deterioration, and manage complex care needs including dementia, wound care, palliative care, and infection prevention
  • Administer medications and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Lead and support Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, and other staff to deliver safe, compassionate care

About You:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated clinical experience, ideally within aged care
  • Strong knowledge of clinical care standards and best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
  • Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Your own vehicle (limited public transport access)
