We’re looking for an experienced Care Manager that keeps our residents at the heart of what they do! Leading our care team at Orana Aged Care, Kingaroy This is more than a management role—it’s your chance to challenge the norm and create a culture of care that truly empowers residents and staff alike.

 

About the Role

As Care Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care that meets and exceeds quality and accreditation standards. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll lead clinical operations, mentor your team, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of care delivery.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality clinical and personal care
  • Oversee care planning, medication management, and compliance
  • Manage budgets and resources in collaboration with the Service Manager
  • Drive innovation through policy development and best-practice implementation
  • Maintain accreditation standards while embedding a culture of continuous improvement

 

About You

You’re a clinical leader who understands the foundation of great care is understanding the person behind the paperwork. You are ready to make residential aged care an exceptional experience for our residents. You bring:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven leadership experience in aged care
  • Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative approach that inspires teams and builds trust with residents and families
  • Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening
