  • Unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in using aged care software solutions

About the role: 

As a Registered Nurse at Tabeel Aged Care service, you will be part of more than just a workplace, you will be part of a community and supported to integrate and become part of the home. Tabeel is located just 40 minutes from Ipswich and Toowoomba without the bumper-to-bumper travel of the Brisbane commute. 

This 85 bedded facility provides palliative, residential and respite care. We are looking for individuals who can: 

  • Provide comprehensive evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team
  • Undertake comprehensive nursing assessments develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team and evaluate the progress of patient care outcomes 
  • Exercise sound clinical judgement, critical thinking and ethical decision-making processes in the delivery and evaluation of care
  • Ensure clients and colleagues are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds
  • Maintain professional skills and knowledge of self and others through participation in continuing education and performance appraisal and development
  • Provide guidance and direction to a team of carers and maintain best practice.
